Plan Your Visit

We welcome you to New Life in Christ Church

Whether you are a new believer, new resident, or looking for a permanent church home, the decision of where to worship is an important one.

Many questions might flood your mind: How will I fit in? Do they worship in a way I want to worship? Will the music be too traditional, to rocky, or just right?  Do they have something for my kids or my teens? The goal of New Life in Christ Church is to make you feel like you have come home. A place where you can bring your burdens and requests. A place where you feel you have a family ready and waiting to welcome you with open arms.

To help you learn more about New Life in Christ Church, we would like to answer some of your most frequently asked questions.

What Worship Experience is Right for Me?

New Life in Christ Church offers three worship options for our guests:

Praise in the Park – Bring your chair and join us for traditional-style music, and a message every Sunday morning at 8 am in the Gilchrist Park Pavilion (weather permitting). In the case of inclement weather, the service will be relocated to our sanctuary on campus.

The Praise Service meets in our Sanctuary July – September.

Traditional Worship – features a more liturgical service, with beautiful music and hymns from our Director of Music Ministries, talented vocalists and musicians, Chancel Ringers, prayer, and a message every Sunday at 9:15 am in our Historic Sanctuary.

Contemporary Worship – a relaxed service with music by our Praise Band, prayer, and a message every Sunday at 10:45 am in our Life Center, located on the Southeast side of our campus. This service is open to everyone and features music by such artists as Bethel, Elevation, Jeremy Camp and more. Come as you are and worship with us every Sunday at 10:45 am.

What Is the Worship Service like?

It is our hope you will feel at home when you visit New Life in Christ Church. Worship with the New Life family is our visible expression of praise to God.  We believe Christ-centered fellowship, along with music and scripture focused messages are meant to inspire and encourage our Church family throughout the week. Communion is offered to all believers  every first Sunday of the month. If our staff or volunteers can help you in any way, please do not hesitate to let us know.
