Baseline Memory Screening

Beginning to experience memory loss can become a stressful and uncertain time.

When an individual starts to experience memory loss and other forms of cognitive decline, it can be a stressful and uncertain time for everyone, from the patient to their family, friends, and caretakers. The Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) is a brief, 30-question test that helps healthcare professionals detect mild cognitive impairment (MCI) very early on.

The Dubin Center will be on our campus to provide this assessment for free on Tuesday, January 13th and Thursday, January 22nd. You will receive a copy of the results which you may share with your healthcare professional. The test only takes about 15 minutes to administer and is free for everyone.
